What's new at MRI Plus?

We've made some big changes

We’ve really listened to you, our staff, our patients, referring clinicians and healthcare partners and we thought it was time to make some changes.

We have created a new website, introduced new services and made some vital changes that we think you might like.

So, what's new at MRI Plus?

Bringing Private Healthcare closer to you

At MRI Plus, we have a vision to help our patients take control of their health. We strongly believe that Private Healthcare can be for everyone, and should be:

  • Accessible
  • Affordable
  • High-Quality

Our mission is to continuously develop our imaging services so going private is less expensive, less time-consuming and less hassle for you. With this in mind, we have reviewed and developed the following areas:

  • Quick access to appointments
  • Booking process
  • Affordable, transparent pricing
  • Alternative payment options

We've made booking online easier

Booking Online

We have introduced a new online booking system so that you can complete your entire booking online.

You can take your time choosing your MRI scan areas, take a leisurely browse through our package options, and pay for your scan online, all from the comfort of your own home.

Appointments

We have introduced a live diary, so you can choose your own appointment online, at a time and date that suits your schedule.

If you are looking to book your own MRI, we offer same-day and next-day appointments, subject to availability.

Transparent Pricing

Our pricing revolves around your chosen scan and our package options, rather than offering different pricing for specific dates, peak times or same-day MRI scans.

Your MRI package price options are clearly stated on our website will remain the same, regardless of how far in advance you book, or your chosen appointment date and time.

There are no hidden fees - you simply choose the package that suits your needs.

You can see the pricing options available for your chosen MRI scan, by using our handy new MRI scan search bar to choose whether you would like an MRI or Open MRI and search for the body area you would like scanned.

More payment options

  • Pay securely online with your credit or debit card
  • Submit your private health insurance information
  • 0% Interest Finance Option

Interest-Free Credit Option

We've always pledged to make our Private Healthcare services affordable and easy to access, so when we started receiving enquiries for a payment plan option, we listened.

We are happy to announce that we have teamed up with Klarna to offer interest-free credit for MRI scan packages priced over £299.

Simply choose the Klarna option at the checkout when booking your MRI scan online.

Supporting patient choice

You know your body better than anyone else, so if there's something wrong, we want to give you the power to get an MRI scan that helps towards a diagnosis or provides the reassurance you need.

There are a few ways in which we can help you take your health into your own hands, and the good news is that you can arrange these services yourself, using our new online booking system.

Refer yourself for an MRI

There is no longer a need to wait for a doctor or consultant's referral to booking your MRI scan, you can simply and easily refer yourself on our website. All we ask is that you provide details of your GP or specialist that will receive a copy of your results and offer ongoing care or treatment.

Simply start by choosing your MRI type and searching for the body area that's giving you trouble. You will be able to see what locations and pricing we offer, and our availability before proceeding through to booking you MRI scan.

Full body MRI

We know you sometimes just need some reassurance that everything is okay, but most MRI scans require a medical reason to book a scan and this can be problematic if you don't have any visible or physical symptoms. So, it's on this basis we are now offering full body MRI scans for asymptomatic patients.

Check out our website for more information or go ahead and book your MRI scan online today.
